At CSA, Krav Maga is a core competency not an add on program. Our Program is considered one of the best in the country if not the world. All of our Lead Coaches hold Black Belts in Krav Maga from Krav Maga Worldwide and The Krav Maga Alliance.

CrossFit is constantly varied functional movements performed at high intensity. All CrossFit workouts are based on functional movements, and these movements reflect the best aspects of gymnastics, weightlifting, running, rowing and more. These are the core movements of life. They move the largest loads the longest distances, so they are ideal for maximizing the amount of work done in the shortest time. Intensity is essential for results and is measurable as work divided by time—or power. The more work you do in less time, or the higher the power output, the more intense the effort. By employing a constantly varied approach to training, functional movements and intensity lead to dramatic gains in fitness.
While CrossFit challenges the world’s fittest, the program is designed for universal scalability, making it the perfect application for any committed individual, regardless of experience. We scale load and intensity; we don’t change the program. The needs of Olympic athletes and our grandparents differ by degree, not kind.
Mixed Martial Arts
Popularized by events like the Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC), StrikeForce, WEC, DREAM and K-1, today Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) is taking the world by storm.
The World Class MMA program at CSA is comprised of the four (4) key elements of MMA: Muay Thai Boxing, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Boxing and Wrestling. When combined these programs offer the perfect mix of Combat Sports and give each student the conditioning and technical skill necessary to compete at the highest levels of MMA. CSA is one of the most respected and successful training camps in Northern California and is home to multiple “World Champion” Instructors and Fighters.
The MMA training at CSA consists of up-to-date/cutting edge technical training, drills, conditioning, specificity training and sparring. Safety is another key factor with our training methods; you can’t train and fight if you’re constantly injured. Proper equipment, supervision, and training methods are strictly followed at our gym. So whether you are an aspiring fighter or you just want to train like one, the CSA MMA Program is for you!
CSA’s Muay Thai coaches are internationally known and respected competitors, teachers and Ambassadors in the Muay Thai Community. CSA’s Muay Thai Coaching staff is comprised of multiple “World Champions” who have trained and fought all over the world.
CSA Muay Thai classes teach our unique striking system created by Coach Kirian. This system was developed through years of competition and international teaching experience. It combines Western Boxing footwork and punching, with traditional Muay Thai kicks, knees, elbows, and clinch, with Dutch Style hand and leg combinations, which offers a perfect marriage of these three stand up disciplines.
It is arguably the most effective training system for Muay Thai in the world, bringing Thai boxing to both recreational athletes and professional fighters and has produced over 40 World Champions to date. With so many amateur and pro fighters’ from around the US training at CSA, World Class training is available for those who wish to compete and/or just challenge themselves on a daily basis.
Combat Sports Academy is the latest branch of The Gracie Fighter family tree which holds one of the richest traditions of excellence and success in the martial arts and Mixed Martial Arts community. Over the last ten years The Gracie Fighter Team has produced a continuous supply of Brazilian Jiu-jitsu and Mixed Martial Arts Champions.
“Gracie Fighters” have held and fought for nearly every major title within the sport of Mixed Martial Arts and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu including The UFC, EliteXC, Strikeforce, Professional Shooto Japan, Pride Fighting Championship, DREAM, King Of The Cage, Grapplers Quest, NAGA, The Pan Ams, The Mundials, The Abu Dhabi Combat Championship (ADCC) and numerous other prestigious titles.
CSA’s Brazilian Jiu Jitsu program is headed up by Graciefighter Black Belts Juliano Pedritta & Sabatha Laiss, both are highly accomplished competitors and coaches.
Wrestling is an ancient and international sport which has gained respect among martial arts practitioners with the advent of modern Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) competition. Wrestling has provided a strong base for many of the most dominant fighters in the history of MMA.
CSA offers wrestling classes as part of our integrated Mixed Martial Arts program and provides wrestlers of all ages with top level technical instruction. At CSA our Wrestling program is headed up by James Terry, James is highly decorated 2X All American Wrestler and successful Professional Mixed Martial Artist.
At CSA we offer two separate, yet incredibly complementary kids programs "Kids MMA" and "CrossFit Kids".
Here at CSA we have developed a Kids MMA Program that includes both Muay Thai and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu for multiple ages groups.

CSA's CrossFit Kids program combines gymnastics, body-weight calisthenics, and weightlifting with additional focus on elements that encourage bone density and balance, and coordination development.
Children and Teens have a great opportunity to maximize their physical skills when exposed to this stimulus during years of peak development, and the elements are combined to keep children engaged and entertained, while teaching them proper movement mechanics and creating a broad athletic foundation.
For CrossFit Kids, it is imperative to pair fitness and fun, thus creating a lifelong love of health and fitness for our children.
CrossFit Kids is for kids of all abilities, from serious competitors, to those who have yet to hit their athletic stride. CrossFit Kids will improve your child’s athletic conditioning while boosting self-confidence, focus, strength, and coordination. CrossFit conditioning will help your child excel in a given sport, or for many, CrossFit becomes their sport.
