-Multiple Flat Screens and stereos
-Knowledgeball staff
-Cheap rates
-Experienced students
This gym is definitely the premier gym in the Tri Valley for all MMA, Muay Thai, Jiu Jitsu, Self Defense, Cross Fit, Krav Maga, Boxing, and Wrestling training. Right now the schedule is still being finalized but there are daily cross fit classes at noon and various classes from 5PM to closing which varies depending on classes but is usually around 9 something to 10pm. Classes are intense so be prepared to work your butt off but also get ready to learn a lot. The classes are structured so that you get a good work out but still learn the right technique at the same time.
The classes are very personal and everyone is treated the same. Whether you are new or advanced the training will be adjusted to meet your level of training.
